The first cultural event organized by the Communal Cultural Center was, in cooperation with the Żurawica Commune Office, the grand opening of the People's House in Wyszatycy, after renovation. The program of the event allowed the audience and groups of singers operating in the Żurawica commune to present themselves on the stage, such as: Youth instrumental-vocal ensemble from Żurawica, Singing Group from Wyszatyc "Wyszatyczanie" and Youth Singing Group from Wyszatyc. Folk dances were presented by children from the elementary school in Bolestraszyce, and the theatrical and verbal improvisation was presented by the association Active for the Village of Kosice. Association Wyszatyc Amateurs Society, prepared a historical exhibition "Roads to independence." The ceremony was honored by the concert of the Scout Brass Band of the Przemyśl Region from Żurawica. Refreshments for invited guests were prepared by Wyszatyc residents associated in the Circle of Country Housewives in Wyszatycy. For children, games and fun prepared and led animator, there was also cotton candy and popcorn, and for older residents organized a dance party at the team "Sołtysówka" from Szówska.*
